Commissions are paid out monthly based on wholesale orders shipped and invoices, and also against any refunds for products. We currently have two agents in place for Canada:


  • James Geddes
    • 2021 Commission Rate = 3% of subtotal, before shipping and taxes.
    • Territory: BC, AB, SK, MB, YT, NT, NU
  • Stephane Baltazar
    • 2021 Commission Rate = 10% of subtotal, before shipping and taxes.
    • Territory: QC


*All accounts in the rest of Canada are considered House accounts and no action needs to be taken on these orders. 


Commissions are calculated monthly in excel (around the 5th of every month for the previous month), and the applicable commissions report is sent to each agent so they may issue an invoice to Accounting and be paid accordingly. 


**Commissions are only be paid on orders that have been PAID & SHIPPED. Any Special Orders or Bookings orders that have been invoiced and pre-paid, but have not yet been shipped from Calgary should re-dated in QB for the appropriate month so they will pop-up on the next commission statement.
